PRICES: Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders accepted and in process will not be affected. Posted prices on the Website will be honored at all times. Shipping costs are included in the price. (Continental U.S.A. All other areas, please contact us prior to placing an order!)

SALES TAX will be collected and is to be added for items purchased in, shipped to, delivered to Conn. addresses. This Sales Tax rate is 6%.

ORDERS will not be released to manufacturing until payment is received. We appreciate you contacting us via email for any scheduling/manufacturing concerns or questions.

PRODUCTION TIME: Production time varies per item and work backlog. This is a new License Agreement and here at Full Circle Wood, we are uncertain about sales volume as it pertains to products associated with Worldwide Marriage Encounter. We ask that you contact us via email prior to ordering so we can advise an estimated ship date. We will do everything in our power to meet the advised ship date. After Major WWME events, we anticipate that orders for products can be quite brisk and lead times can extend out rather quickly. Please be patient.

SHIPPING. We ship land USPS, delivery confirmation and insured. If you are located outside the Continental United States, please advise so we can best provide any additional shipping costs to your location. These costs must be included with your order. We have no control over the delivery time outside the Continental U.S..

EXPEDITED SHIPPING: At this time, we do not anticipate having an inventory for quick ship capability. If this situation changes, or production scheduling offers up short-term inventory, you will be advised during email order communication.

PROBLEM with an order? Contact us. All shipping is insured. If damage occurs during shipping, contact the shipper and file a claim. Buyer is responsible for claim. Everything we make can be repaired or replaced. Return ship to our address, postage return prepaid and we will repair or replace at our discretion. No charge for repair or replacement as it pertains to damage due to shipping and handling. If damage occurs after delivery…we can still fix it. There will be a cost, contact us, explain the nature of damage and we will advise accordingly.

CONVENTION/EVENT DELIVERY: Contact us and order your item as EARLY as possible. The more advance notice we have, the more prepared we will be for your order.

HISTORY OF WOOD. Wood color changes over time. Natural and artificial light will affect wood. Some woods darken over time. Some woods fade. Color pigments react differently to light. The items we make have many coats of polyurethane, hand rubbed and pressed into the wood to protect the surface (except Lingum Vitae, which will not absorb the poly). Polyurethane has been proven to be a very effective wood protector over time. For best results, avoid direct sunlight.

DISTRIBUTION CONTROL. An asterisk denotes that the item is available for “Select Situations” and would appreciate these terms be respected. Read the adjoining story accessible from the product page for a sense of the items intended purpose. OR. The item serves a specific purpose in a certain Region, Unit or Denomination and Distribution Control has been requested.
